Setting up KineticOS on Android
Install the KineticOS app on your Android phone — what's different on Android.

Install the app
- Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
- Search for KineticOS.
- Tap Install.
TIP
Android version
The KineticOS app requires Android 11 or later. If your phone is older, check Settings → System → System update for the latest available version.
Permissions
When you first open the app, Android will ask you to allow Bluetooth — required to connect to your MotionSleeve.
If you skip the permission prompt by accident, you can grant it later from Settings → Apps → KineticOS → Permissions.
Sign in
Sign in with the email address your care team used to enroll you. The app will guide you through any verification steps.
