OpenMotion AI, Inc. (“OpenMotion”) provides a text messaging service that supports communication between you, your treating physician’s office, and OpenMotion support staff.

Enrollment

You receive text messages from OpenMotion because you provided your mobile number when you enrolled in a care program that uses OpenMotion’s Products. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment, of receiving care, or of purchasing any product or service.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your care program and your interactions with our support staff. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier charges apply to all text messages.

How we use your information

OpenMotion uses the information you provide by text message only to support your care program and to help you communicate with your treating physician’s office. We do not share or sell your mobile number, your consent to receive messages, or the content of your messages with third parties for marketing purposes.

OpenMotion does not send marketing or promotional text messages through this service.

We handle information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Security and appropriate use

Text messaging is not encrypted. Messages may be visible to anyone with access to your phone, and they pass through your mobile carrier’s systems. You should consider this before including information about your health in a text message. If you would prefer a more private channel, contact your physician’s office directly.

This service does not provide medical advice. All questions about your physical or medical condition, your recovery, or your treatment must be directed to your treating physician’s office. In an emergency, call 911.

Opting out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP or QUIT to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You may also opt out by contacting hello@openmotion.ai. We honor opt-out requests received by any reasonable means.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your enrollment in your care program or your access to OpenMotion’s Products through other channels.
